Rooting for you Kora! I resonate with this lesson deeply, and have been feeling the same disquiet coming off my own global journey. Very excited to read your book and hear about the other projects!
saalik – thanks for being here and i can't tell you how much i appreciate the words of support. these transitional periods are strange and hard and though i wouldn't necessarily wish them on anybody, it does make me feel a little better to know that you resonate with these feelings. sending you energy and support from afar and excited to hear how things go on your end as well :)
Liminal states are so weird because they're so difficult to describe, which can feel so isolating. Glad to know I'm not alone on the journey either, thank you for your writing.
I'm coming out of my writing hiatus with a sabbatical-recap post, would love to hear your thoughts when it's out!
Sending energy and good vibes too! Grateful that words can span great distances.
So happy to see this out in the world! Since I read it first, I've noticed how true this if for me too. As I drove through the Alps, the most beautiful mountains were always the furthest away. Thank you for putting words to this, and for the reminder that life gets messy when you're living it close up.
it reminds me how we -i.e. our own mind- are our worst enemy. cultivating one's own faith is so much important.
yes and yes – it's the act of believing in yourself that helps you overcome the doubt and reach the finish line.
thanks for reading, kev :) hope you're having a lovely week

thank you for reading & helping me put the final touches on this, jeremy!
"life gets messy when you're living it close up" – yup, that's exactly how i've been feeling.
Resonated with me a lot. I wish you all the best in completing these 3 projects.
Sending love all the way from Sri Lanka! 💌
Love this and it certainly resonated with trying to decide on my own end date for this career break / travel chapter of my life :)
